I was pondering what I could build with a redstone clock, when I thought, why not a clock? This Clock doesn't tell time, it does however flash, as a clock would do if it were brand new or had been reset. It flashes 12:00. If you enjoy redstone, you may enjoy taking a look inside. Enjoy!
