The Colonial Estate is an originally designed mansion by TGW. It is intricate in its detailing and is made to embody an 18th-19th century home, typically those of an affluent background at the time. The house, while with traditional structure, features some signature modern accents, such as the interior entrance, the pergola in the back of the house, and small details in the general facade. The house is situated in a beautiful spruce forest and snow-capped mountain range, making it the perfect setting for this house.
