The Dragon's Isle

A map made to look like a fierce dragon, once an isle full
of true Dragons, now left to anyone who wishes to build
their own idea of paradise!

This isle has slightly more ores than the usual.
The map is pretty large, well over 1000 x 1000 actually

I had this pretty cool image of a dragon (an iron-on sticker) in plain ol' black and white, as flat as a china woman's behind ye ye. Then I used that as a brush in World Painter and carefully brushed in the mountains and valleys. I was surprised it turned out so well proportioned within minecraft itself. No heightmap then, just a couple of hours of crafting out the scenery :)
