The Forgotten Castle was once one of the greatest and most advanced castles in its time. The castle was ruled by a mad king named Cornelius Vanhelius. He had his builders work for days and nights until his masterpiece was created. By the time it was created and finished it had rained for 9 days straight leaving the sand and dirt they had built on wet and soggy. The builders had told the king that it was a problem multiple times during the process but the king was too blind to his selfishness and riches and refused the request for halting the building process. Once the castle was built the king and his family started living in the great castle, but the architects kept warning the king to get out of the castle for it wasn't safe. The king was tired of their ranting about how it was unsafe for him to be living there. The king then did the unexpected and banished all his architects to a far away land. During all this time it was still raining constantly and the ground had gotten less stable. once and awhile the family of the king would here and feel the castle moving, but when they told the king he ignored them and went about his life as king. On the final day of the castles greatness the king was in a great rant about something useless cursing and abusing his family as if it were there fault that he was always mad and angry. Then later that night the family awoke and escaped from the mad king so that they could get away from him entirely. When the king had risen from his chambers and noticed that his family had left, he came into a great rage. The castle started shaking from underneath him, but he paid no attention since he was so angry. The castle shook and creaked until finally the king started feeling his master piece sinking in the ground. The king finally relized what was happening and tried to escape the disaster, but it was to late. In his final hours he was throwing out furniture and anything he could, breaking walls and tearing down the castle completely trying to make it lighter to see if it would work, but it had no effect on the sinking. The king gave up and he went to his throne and sat upon his kingdom and watched as the castle sank to the depths of the sea with the rest of his riches. Now the forgotten castle sits at the bottom of the sea with the mad king which is still awaiting for forgiveness which he never got from anyone.
