This is a building I built over the past several days on my currently private server with my friend, ____Ashley____. The Zyxenburg Gazette Building is 93 meters high (305.118 feet), and has 26 floors. It was inspired HEAVILY by Chicago's Tribune Tower, but differs from it. It is partially furnished, and is to feature offices for Zyxenburg's Newspaper, the Zyxenburg Gazette.

Lore: The Zyxenburg Gazette Building was constructed in 1924, and was designed by architect Aveld Rand, a prominent architect of the time. It has throughout it's existence housed the headquarters for the Zyxenburg Gazette, it's owner and primary tenant. As of 2003, the Zyxenburg Gazette has been owned by the Mega-Corporation AVCO. It sits along Diamond Avenue, in-between Second and Third Streets, in Downtown Zyxenburg, Engosia.

As this building was built on a Whitelisted private server, I cannot yet add a download or link the server, however, I am planning to make the "Engosia City Server" public soon.
