This is a building I built today on my currently private server, though I may release it to the public soon. The Turner Building is 49.5 meters high (162.5ish feet), and has 11 floors. It was inspired partly by Chicago's Home Insurance Building, but differs from it. The first floor is furnished, but I have yet to furnish the other 10. I also added small unfurnished auxiliary building to its north side.

Lore: The Turner Building was constructed in 1893, and was designed by architect Aveld Rand, a prominent architect of the time. It originally housed the headquarters for the Turner Corporation. It has been owned by Mega-Corporation AVCO since 1967. It sits on the corner of Spruce Street and Diamond Avenue in Downtown Zyxenburg, Engosia.

As this building was built on a Whitelisted private server, I cannot yet add a download or link the server, however, I am planning to make the "Engosia City Server" public soon.
