My name is avrand (aka avrand6, Av Rand, Aveld Rand, TheAv66, etc). Currently, I am working on building a Modern City called Zyxenburg, which is currently on a private server I own. I have been working on it since Early August of this year. I am currently looking for builders/collaborators.

Zyxenburg is currently planned to be a city in the fictional, English-Speaking Nation-State of Engosia. I have many of the roads built for central downtown, and have several buildings built around the city. My intent is to build a large metropolitan area surrounding the downtown, consisting of the city of Zyxenburg itself and suburbs. It should consist of Skyscrapers, Office Buildings, Condominiums, Houses, Parks, Subway Stations, Vehicles, Restaurants, Stores, Highways, Schools, Hospitals, Fire Departments, an Airport, a Union Station, etc etc etc. It is going to be a city with a rich history dating to a founding in the early 1820s.

As you can see, I (and my friend ____Ashley____) have been working on this for quite a while, and yet next to nothing is done. My wish is to invite other people to the server that are interested in being part of our (so far quite tiny) community. As long as your builds arn't epicly horrible and fit in with the theme, you will basically be able to have close to free range with your creative abilities. As we are currently working on the downtown, the main thing now would be Office Buildings, Skyscrapers, Parking Garages, Parks, and Condominiums from around 1890-2016, meaning anything from Victorian to Ultra-modern is acceptable in terms of style. If you want to build large epic builds, or small, quaint but detailed builds, you are welcome here.

Griefing, Trolling, Discrimination, and Bigotry will NOT be tolerated.

Additionaly, I am willing to add your previous builds from single player worlds and such to the server if you request it and are serious about this server.

The city has 169 ready-to-build-on blocks, with 146 of them ready for you to build on.

My server has a Dynmap, as well as the WorldEdit plugin, among others.
