so i spawned with gamemode on and i dont know if i should go to adventure mode or to normal survival

Where did you spawn? You should have spawned in a room made of quartz, there you should spawn above a pressure plate that puts you in gamemode 2. Anyway I'll look it up and try to fix it :)
