An excerpt from the diary of Euphrasia
I can’t remember the first time I saw the Kolleseum. To me, it seemed like it had always been there. I can however, remember the first day I heard the fights. I was quite young and my parents had just laid me down to rest. I had pulled up my blanket, and the wooden shutters rattled against the high winds of my town. I could faintly hear my parents’ chatting downstairs. Their whispers rose to level voices, and then to loud shouts. Then back down to whispers. Their talking faded completely as I heard my mother run up the stairs, crying into her bedroom. I could only assume they had a fight.
The night dragged on and as the sobbing from my mother’s room softened, the faint sound of a door opening and closing could be heard. I rose from my bed, and headed down to the kitchen. The couch, laden with blankets and bottles, was void of my father. He had left. The rat bastard had left us. I pretended to have seen nothing, and I went back to my room. Waiting for the morning to come. As I drifted off, loud noises arose from the nearby coliseum. Screams and shouts fled from the open roof as if to say that nothing good could come of that place. I tried to shut my eyes, cover my ears, protect myself from the noises that wore on through the night. Angry shouts and silence, as the air was cut by a deafening scream. One that could wake the prisoners in the underground cells. One that would deafen anyone sitting in that theatre of death.
As I opened the shutters, and peered out on to the street below, hundreds of people could be seen fleeing the coliseum. Guards shouted, pouring after them with swords and weapons. The coliseum was haunted to me from then on. The people seemed to draw me into a trance, as they fled rhythmically from their place in the coliseum, trying to get away from whatever event had happened there. I was snapped from this state of euphoria as a guard knocked on my door, and said the words I won’t forget “Stay inside. Stay safe. Do not leave your home for any reason.” The darkness seemed to get darker as the guard walked off into the night. I was enveloped by it.
I was drawn out into the streets, and nearly trampled to death by the people running by. Several stopped to tell me to get inside, and to ask what madness had overcome me. I ran through them, flowing against the endless stream of souls. I had reached the Kolleseum by dawn. There was no one to be seen. I sneaked past the guard’s post but as I passed through, I realized I had no need of it, for there were no guards to be seen. As I opened the door into the Kolleseum, my eyes betrayed me, and a blinding pool of red streaked through the open yard. The dark liquid dripped into the cracks in my toes, and I had never been more scared in my life. As I watched, the substance faded into the sand, leaving not a trace of the horrors which had befallen many that night.
Many years later, thinking back on my experiences there, I never saw my father in the coliseum, but he never did return, and I can only think that he joined the battles in that hallowed place, and was torn from himself, left to rot in the catacombs beneath.

I have decided to leave the Mythic Realms RPG team, I now no longer plan on having a fully 100% finished version of this build, for further updates on the build l would recommend following the Mythic Realms server, www.minecraftforum.net/forums/servers/looking-for/2264803-mythicrealmsrpg-update-looking-for-builders
