Im going to renovate the interior of this place so it looks like the real thing (i have shaders mod so this is gonna be fun)

Looks somewhat like the real Athens Lunatic Asylum. The building is huge, I've been there myself. Your "made up story" is somewhat true. There was human experiments I believe.
