The ship was slowly sinking into the lava and I looked about desperately "What is this godforsaken place"
.........
I saw the beacon of light first and as I topped the hill a huge dark castle came in to view. I headed for the bridge over the lava spotting a small boat on the LAVA!
As I crossed I began to see signs that maybe the castle was not occupied, holes appeared in the walls and bricks lay strewn around. It looked like the castle was slowly being reclaimed by the lava.
I entered, unchallenged, the silence was palpable......
Exploring the nearest tower, there were tables and chairs and a few bunks above but everywhere there were cobwebs and the echoing silence.
I wandered up the staircase and WOW! what a sight! the volcano spewed lava everywhere it flowed though parts of the walls - but there, what was that?
A tunnel? Glass? WATER!
I followed the tunnel and saw light ahead, and heard sounds of civilization, voices, animals and what was that?"Sounds like a train"
A sign directed me to cart or to stairs - amazing it was in English. I headed to the stairs not sure on the carts and ...............
