Your map is outdated for the current Minecraft version, you can kill practically any mob with 1 hit even a boss, except of some with 2 hits. Maybe Jeb did something in the version 1.7.4 that changed drastically damage in the weapons. Monsters are very weak and weapons too much powerful. A lot of ppl came to download your map lately because famous youtuber played it, but the map is still outdated, would be cool if you update it, at least a solution maybe be giving more weak weapons.
