Hello everyone feels great to be finally back. First of all let me thank you for your patience, but it is with much content I say the first year of my engineering degree is done.

As you might be aware of, the Union Pacific Big Boy locomotive finished restoration and did its first run recently. She has always been a bit icon and engineering marvel for me, so I felt inspired and here she is. It was a challenging model to make. Plenty of details and a complex structure to top with a design far from what I’m used to make. Still I had very fun (and frustration) building this model so I hope you enjoy it!


This project features the UP 4000 Class, with full cab and interior details, buit to 3:1 scale.
