Three Strand Braid Template.

So I was building a giant bust organic (see above) and I wanted to make a giant plat for the back of their hair. So I figured out this template/pattern for braiding in Minecraft and I thought I would share it with you.



you can create your own braids by joining the dots from the top all the way to the bottom, (red - > red, orange - > orange, yellow -> yellow). the best way of doing it (that I can think of) is using world edit.



1) get ur wand out (//wand)

2) change selection to convex (//con or //sel con)
3) set pos1 at top red glass

4) continue downwards setting pos2, 3, 4 etc... on all the red blocks.

5) once all blocks selected fill it with a curve or spike (//spike [​block] [​size,size,size] OR //curve [​block] [​size])

6) repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 for the orange and they yellow glass.



you can adjust the glass making the brain flatter, wider, more tapered etc...

the pattern for the glass is on the floor with concrete blocks, it's nothing to complicated.
