Hello,
this is a Thunderjaw from the videogame "Horizon: Zero Dawn". It is a large robot exclusively designed for combat and made by the artificial intelligence Hephaestus.
Thunderjaws are no terraforming machines but were developed as guardians for other, smaller machines due to the humans' machine hunting.
They are equipped with a wide range of melee and ranged attacks and don't have any elemental weakness. Because of this and their sheer size they have attained an almost legendary status among the tribes.

It's as big as a mountain...
No way I'm building that by hand xD
If you really want it though, you could get a 3d model of it, convert it to minecraft blocks and paste it into a world using MCEdit or WorldEdit :P
