Tic-Tac-Toe in One Command!

Hey, everyone! This is my third one command creation! This command will add the entire Tic-Tac-Toe game into your world. It works perfectly on servers and it's a blast to play. It's very simple to install. Just take the command, place it into a command block, and activate it! Boom, you're done! If you like this command, a diamond would be much appreciated.
