This is a tileable T-BUD. If you do not know what a T-BUD is, it is a BUD switch with a T-Flip Flop attached to it. A BUD switch is a Block Update Detector. In my design, I use a Piston T-BUD. This can be useful for the Automated Cactus Farm I made. To build one of these, you will need:

-Sticky Piston
-Redstone Block
-3 Repeaters
-Redstone Torch
-6 Building Blocks
