how do you upload projects? what do you do with the world file?

Go to the projects tab and by the top there should be the button to post your project. You can upload the world file there at the bottom of the form.

yeah, i got that far, but when i click to upload file it goes to downloads, but the file is in saves through %appdata% and .minecaft

Go to Computer-> Local Disc (C:) -> Users -> Your user -> App Data -> Roaming -> .Minecraft -> Saves
