The name came from TES III: Morrowind. My town is not a replica of the one from the game, but i thought the name fit. Two mods were used in the construction of Balmora: Rigasumi's shelves and Rigasumi's armor stands. The gui mod he's made is also recommended. It won't be available for download until i figure out how to post world saves. The town is nowhere near done and i plan to build all throughout the swamp. Suggestions for buildings welcome, in fact needed... If used plz give credit TY.
