Welcome to your new Modern House! If your getting tired of the same old air from being inside, take a quick walk to the patio and enjoy the luxurious walk-in pool, and basketball court!

The ground floor includes everything from an attached garage, and areas for the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and entry closet. Moving to the second floor; you will find a reading area with a nice patio, another bathroom, along with 2 bedrooms. Now let's move up to the top floor, the rooftop deck & master bedroom! The master bedroom has room for it all, a closet, an ensuite, and even a secluded deck!

House is kept unfurnished for you to finish it up as you like.
