The underground laboratory was meant as a safe house for a pvp-ish online server for WoW guilt members. It was meant for a friend but never made use of so it became a secondary base for another friend and I that we could use for storage of valuable items and as a refuge and therefore became a safe house.
It includes a partially hidden entrance, a wheat, sugar cane, cow & chicken farm, storage & crafting room, brewery, bedroom, library and a corridor connecting the rooms.

Anyway, enjoy and have fun!
