The skyscraper is based on Kigali City Tower with a self designed base and inside structure so it differs quite a lot from the original model.
The building is thought to be either a bank or a financial corporation like the real world's IFC. It features a large classical (classicism) lobby with tall pillars on a tall and much wider structure meant for making the entering person feel small and a tall modern office skyscraper emerging from the lobby building.
It features several office levels, a canteen, a conference room, large managers' and president' offices and a board of directors meeting room.
