Welcome, brave adventurer, to a true test of skill and prowess! In Underground Ocean, you will be pitted against the environment in an attempt to survive and bring life back to the dead caves that has been stolen by the evils of the End.

Complete challenges and survive in this unique environment while making sure not to disturb the alien parasites living in the stone near the bottom of the world.

Between all three of custom dimensions, a huge variety of exciting and exotic terrain can be found. Head up to the height of the map to find diamonds and other valuable resources, preparing yourself for the trip to the End to reclaim the life that was lost!

Rules and Information:
  • More detailed information regarding the map can be found in the starting chest.

  • Always play in at least easy mode, never peaceful. Well I guess you can technically but it takes a lot of the fun out of it Posted Image

  • Don't leave the area of custom terrain generation. If you see glitchy terrain or void, turn back!

  • Let me know what you think and report any glitches/imbalances/other problems you find by posting a reply here on this thread!

  • Complete the challenges and eventually go to the end and bring back some grass and saplings to repopulate the underground ocean!
IMPORTANT: Don't make a nether portal! When completing the nether challenge and going to the end, use the button near spawn that will teleport you to the correct spawn locations. Failing to do this will cause problems with the map.

Sounds great, man! Let me know your channel or post some video links here so I can watch them. An important not is to make sure that your brightness is high enough. You may have to go as far as to get a brightness boosting mod to allow it to show up, as it is really dark down there until you get proper lighting.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing the videos :)

:D I'm glad you like it. Out of curiosity, how far have you gotten in the map? Nobody else has left any kind of feedback, so I want to know if maybe they are getting stuck with something.

And also, what do you mean make a mod out of it?

what I mean is make a full world gen out of it so it spawns differently every time you make a new world with it!

Well, I could technically do that. I used a custom terrain generation plugin to make it and I wrote all the configs myself, so you can make this on a regular bukkit server. Also, I could regen the map with a different seed and get an entirely new world out of it.

And by the way, how far did you get as far as actual gameplay? Or did you just download it to look around?
