Unicron [The Planet Eater] Transformers

Wanted to do this for a while so thought id make a start, its an exterior visual peice. Ive started work on the mouth, next the horns and then a massive block swapping for color etc. and to add layers as unicron was not a perfect sphere!! :D

Update #4 Completed al the base and foundations, just to add the smaller details now, added a little video too , enjoy :)



Update #3 Ok, so the outer ring is finished, The frame is yet to be done but im leaving that until the inner circle is done. Started work on the back as it is a much larger orange circle than the mouth. Hope you like whats been done so far :)



Update #2 Was planning on creating the horns, but changed my mind when i realised i had not left enough room in the world to make the outer ring.. So had to move it to a new world with more block space. Started work on the ring now, slowly getting there. I want to get it finished before i start any other parts, Added shots of the ring build. :) Laters.



Update #1 The mouth is complete! Had trouble with the lighting as i didnt want it to be too bright so i went with the ambience of the beacon. Im sculpting the mouth inside to darkness though i am thinking about just covering up the hile with obsidian... not sure on that yet though, but hope you like what ive done so far, let me know what you think :)
