Question 1: Do you know how to code? (In java)

If no, than learn.

If yes, write some custom plugins.

Question 2: Do you have a good computer, or is a website hosting it for you?

If you have a good cpu, USE THAT TO HOST YOUR SERVER!!! Don't use crap websites you can't trust.

If a website is hosting it for you, good luck. Idk what will happen.

Question 3: Do you even know how to make a minecraft bukkit server?

If you don't, not only do you have to set it up, but you have to port forward.
If a website is hosting this for you, I don't think you need to...

If you do, great.
