Urban Mansion

This house counts with 16 rooms, including a foyer in the lower floor that connects to a bathroom and a marble staircase leading to the main floor, with the salon facing the boulevard and woodlands north of the city, and the library and dining room facing the square on 2nd Street. On the third floor, there are three large corner bedrooms and a three room apartment. Each room counts with it's own fireplace, due to the inclement weather of the frozen plains the city is located in, and redstone wiring and lighting throughout.
The first floor contains the service entrance and staircase connecting to the main floor, the kitchen, and pantry, with most of the space taking up by the foyer and bath facilities, which are connected to the city sewers; below this, a sublevel contains mostly masonry supports and sewage pipes. Above the third floor, hidden behind the mansard, there are five service quarters in addition to a common room.
