The USC Iron Fox is a Ryyjin Class Modular Frigate and as the name implies a ship that can be quickly outfitted with a scale of mission specific modules to suit its assigned task. The most used version seen here has been equipped with a main coaxial beam weapon and missile pods in its wing sections.
The lower and top modules housing sensory equipment and planetary landing gear.
At its center is the main crew and engineering module which is the core of any Ryyjin Class Frigate variant.
Defensive systems include 36 point defense laser clusters and decoy missiles as well as an extensive ECM and EW modules located in the sensory equipment module to boost the sensors already present in the main crew/engineering mod.
The frigate is crewed by 3 officers and 18 enlisted personnel with the option to add a squad of marines (Callsign Octopus) for patrol and customs missions.
