We are proud to present to you the USS Phoenix. This is a concept ship that was designed to fit the post Star Trek: Nemesis era. So it should really fit in Star Trek: Online. Its main purpose is as a long range Starfleet Special Operations drop ship. It contains eight drop trooper pods on the lower deck. Its second purpose is as a long range assault vessel. It has the latest in high speed technology including a quantum slipstream drive as well as a set of hyper-impulse drives. The set of wings also make it capable of operating inside of an atmosphere for dropping troops.

Update 110213 (Also in update log):
Major Change to the Hyper-Impulse Drives
  • Levers have been changed to buttons that act like levers.
  • There has also been another speed added to the Drives, now giving it a slow and fast speed.
  • More Command Block announcements added. (Currently a glitch in the Starboard side engine when turning on the engine. It acts like it's going online, then offline, then online again. Working on a fix.)
  • With all of this, there is a mess of redstone under the engines... try your best not to tamper as it may cause a malfuntion.

Yeah, the design looked different and interesting so we went with it, and it turned out pretty good!

Thanks! As for the next build, we have quite a few getting ready to be built... but I'm really itchin to do another escort class build! They seem to be just the right size.
