I hope you all enjoy this model I made and continue to follow me as I work more on assets like this!! >,,<
Description:
I-700 "Yasenevo", or II-68-22 (И-700 "Ясенево") is a Soviet experimental residential building series. A total of 14 of them were built in Moscow's Yasenevo district, 6 each on Tarusskaya and Yasnogoroska and 1 each on Vilniusskaya and Paustovsky streets, built from 1983-1988.
This experimental design is the "Yasenevsky" variant of the original I-700A series, which was a 22-storey modernized version of series II-68 originally. This can be seen if you look closely: for example, the fences of the loggias are the same. The building consists of 2 modernized sections of the II-68 series and each of them has 6 apartments per floor and everyone has a loggia without exception. These sections are connected by a staircase-elevator node with 2 passenger and 2 freight elevators. The ceiling height is 2.48 m, which is not enough according to modern standards. With 21 floors consisting of 12 apartments each, the building has a total of 252 apartments.
Another feature are the buttresses and triangular supports at the base of the building, extending to the 2 lower floors. The first floor is non-residential and is designed to accommodate shops and service facilities. The building design provides for the use of forced ventilation, but in fact it doesn't work: in some houses the equipment was not installed, there was simply no one to service it, and it was subsequently dismantle.
