Vanilla Chat Wheel, Customizable

It's a neat contraption that can be used to make sure players are friendly, and not be rude. You can fully customize what the phrases are. To use it, just press 9 or switch to the 9th hotbar slot and it opens a menu in chat. Just click on any phrase, and it automatically says it in chat for you.

If you are having trouble customizing it, need something more complicated, or need more phrases just let me know in the comments and I will get a modified copy for you. On Monday, I will have a schematic up to easily import it into your world with MCEdit.
