Set in the southern empire along the borders of the barbarian lands stands Velosthera, one of many forts to defend the empire against those that would seek harm to her borders. Velosthera is an ancient fort, old and rustic in its own ways, and adapted to the more modern medieval culture that now dominates the land. Over 300 soldiers call Velosthera their home during their service period. Velosthera is mostly self-sustaining, able to withstand close to a three month siege.

You must be in 1.7.10 minecraft with the conquest texture pack and optifine installed to see this for yourself.

This requires only the optifine mod, other than that all you need is the conquest resource pack. BE SURE TO HAVE THE 1.7.10 VERSION OF CONQUEST AND BE IN 1.7.10 MINECRAFT.

To see this for yourself, you must download and install the 1.7.10 version of the conquest texture pack. [Click Me]

Do not forget to download and install 1.7.10 optifine. [Click Me]

I am using the conquest of the sun shaders. [Click Me]

I build on the ravand.org minecraft server! Come join us :D [Click Me]

Hello there!
I really admire your work! Diamonds to you!
But next time please use other music for your nicely edited videos ^^
It is also strange I can't download it (Chrome is stopping the download for security reasons). Doesn't the file have to be a .zip in stead of a .rar?
Greetings from Belgium ♥

This is amazing! At first I thought that it didn't look very Roman. Then I read and saw it was "adapted to the more modern medieval culture." Anyway, amazing build! Diamond and favorite from me as well as a new subscriber! :D

Now that I give it a second look, it is quite Roman looking, just with some midieval flare.

Ugh, why do people have to make it so complicated for you to actually see the build?
Really, why can't you just use the default texture pack and Minecraft 1.8 when you build?
Still a nice build, though.

Have multiple profiles...? In general it really isn't much you have to do and once you have done it you have it..  If you took the time to look through what conquest actually is you would hopefully not ask "why can't you just use the default texturepack"... it's 2 different games really.

Cuz that jibber jabber default does not suite my enjoyment in building. I prefer to have a pallet of blocks that I can actually enjoy building with. I am sorry for the hassel, we almost have a custom launcher so that you can easily downloadand look at it in.
I LOVE this build! You have to keep doing this Roman style!
