I think it has a really lovely, unique shape and definitely has that medical building feel. My only criticism is using shader mods to make the building less dull; the only thing that's really distinct is the planks and glass. Using more varied blocks would make this perfect.

Update: On inspection of the inside, the lily pads may have been a poor choice for flooring and the rooms for pet patients look more like a prison.
