This is an original green apartment building. Once again featuring an elevated rail line, as my previous original skyscraper. There are 4 apartments per floor and each has a balcony on the west or east side of the building. Every other floor has a 2 story atrium on the south side. The balconies and atriums are open for air flow. The roof features terraced gardens and solar panel arrays.
