A building thats going to be featured in the next update. It's located in an industry park near the airport. And is completely built by me and will not be for download.
Warynwood was a company formed in Greenfield, California in 1959 that specialized in lumber products. In 1969 they moved from their old downtown office building to a much more modern, and advanced office along with a big warehouse, in the brand new industrial development outside of the airport.
But due to decreasing sales in the late 90s, the company eventually went bankrupt in February of 2001. Now the old office sits abandoned, with various old furniture and debris strewn in and around the building. It also has been fenced off. Uncertain of it's fate.
