Just off the highway is this cozy little majestic Cinderella Ranch House somewhere in a Greenfield suburb.

Stucco and painted wood structure laid on a brick foundation along with an intricate and ornate roof and windows.
It has two bedrooms, one bath and two living rooms. One of them having a sliding door viewing the spacious pool.
I've tried making this bungalow have a pretty retro interior, of which the bathroom and kitchen are the most obvious.
Along with two cozy fireplaces and chonky chimneys.

It is inspired by one house somewhere in California, after exploring midcentury suburbs which are normally not the type of houses im a super fan of.
But after changing the facade up a bit. I've kept the signature gable, color palette and back area shape and the styling.
And this house was fun to build and quite a vibe.

This will be available in the next update. It is located in the newly added outer section of Rio Pueblo, nestled inbetween the highway and Sonora River.
