The estates is a cozy housing development nestled in the western edges of Rustyheader island, built around the late 10s. It's right at the bridge to the town center of Ortelia and has two small roads consisting of relatively small houses. The two roads being Pushrod Drive and Sondame Street.

About the homes themselves. They arent the most fabulous place, or even big at all. But despite that it's all placed in nicely so that you have a little bit of yard space to decorate and that you can do your minecraft things. Most of them are in built in the common traditional style with a few that have spanish influence.


As of 2003, most of them are rundown because the area turned for the worst. Though a few bars on the windows should stop the intruders.
It made up of 12 homes and two streets (with exception of one home facing the avenue).
Out of the 12 homes there is one abandoned, a duplex with one for sale and one really fancy house.
