The estates is a cozy housing development nestled in the western edges of Rustyheader island. Built around the early 1920s, this corner of the island houses most of it's residents. Consisting of only two roads that run into dead ends, each one of them are lined with houses that are small and basic.
It's right next to the bridge that connects with the main town island.

About the homes themselves. They arent the fanciest and up-to-date by modern standards.
