Winchester Town Square

Town square for the town of Winchester. Includes a fountain surrounded by mossy cobble stone (includes plaque!). Two gravel streets lead to and from the town square. Six simple, brightly colored, striped street vendor stalls, to be used with the Chest Shop plugin, are placed on the outer edges of the square. Glowstone lamp posts keep the area lit at night, and an observation area overlooks the entire square.
