wow sorry took longer than 2 minutes hope i helped and to put pictures when your playing minecraft press f2 to take a screenshot and when u click upload photo or whatever type %appdata% again and their should be the screenshots you put

windows_ first go to start button and type on the search button (if u dont have 1 go to the run... button) %appdata% , then go to .minecraft (if its not there then their should be a "roaming" folder click it) and go to "saves" right click the folder you want (same name as world you want) and click the " add to ____.rar" a file should download next to the world you clicked on, then go to

http://www.mediafire.com/ and drag that file into the upload page on mediafire and thats pretty much it, once you do that click the copy button it shows when it finishes the download and paste on the "world save" bar in the planet minecraft upload project page
