If you shoot the arrow, it will give you the effect of an actual RPG! This uses the new minecraft 1.8 snapshot 14w02c, so don't say it doesn't work when you are in the wrong version of minecraft.
This is really complex and laggy, so turn the machine off and on occasionally.
