This is an actual first look into the minecraft map "Ebas".
It took me a total of almost 4 years +- (With a lot of breaks between)
You might noticed that some areas didn't looked finished, well... That's true ! the map is still a WIP.
In my head the progress I already did is something between 45%-50%. But knowing myself I'm pretty sure that I will never continue that much or continue too much. Depends on a lot of things.
I always wanted and still want to design maps for RPG games or MMORPG, so i guess Minecraft will be my first step.
Most of the places here are 1 huge map, the world itself takes 208MB.
It will probably take a while till i will publish this map to everyone to play on.
I'm not even sure if i want it to become an MMORPG server, or just give everyone the map to download.
I did revealed this project twice in the past, but it was only pictures and it was a pretty long time ago.

So I found this thanks to 'Olynthos' and I just gotta say:
Holy crap that looks impressive. I have no clue when you'll be at a point where you'll be able to say you're done with this, but when you do get there, I do hope you give a link for downloading so everyone can look into it for themselves. This honestly may be the largest, most well done fantasy map world I've seen on PMC yet. Good on you.
Big words. I'm not sure about the whole "largest, most well done fantasy map world on PMC" part, but before i build anything on this map i first of all think of it as an RPG game world,i named continents, i planned some cities beforehand, and gave myself guide lines for each area (weather, kind of population that live there, type of building, economic and stuff like that) even tho most places aren't planned in advanced and i plan them after i build few areas inside of them.
One of my dreams is to make an MMORPG\RPG map for a game haha, so i guess that's my way of reaching this dream of my.
I mean... God.. I even made a room for raid boss (The eye thingy), with more ideas for more raid bosses haha
And there is a story bound to this map, but its still kind of in progress. I still need to work on it a little

Honestly i don't think that i'm good enough for that hehe
I'm very depended in my moods and muse, most of this map i built when i was depressed.
Building in minecraft became my therapy after a while, so i'm not sure i will be able to join a crew that have to be active consistency and i'm also not sure if my skills are enough
But i wish i could join a real gaming industry and design a world there ;)
