Thanks to the blizzard, I've been stuck at my parents' house. At least my dad is kind enough to let me tinker on his PC. Unfortunately it means that even though I was allowed to install WorldPainter on it, I don't have any custom brushes or height maps. So I decided to experiment and see what I could do with a single brush to draw by hand all the terrain. I then used a second brush to paint in the biomes and trees. Screenshots were taken to hopefully show the steps taken to make the map, for those curious about that sort of thing.

All the trees and giant mushrooms used are from GhostXavier's Logotan Tree Pack.

Screenshots taken without shaders and with default textures.

Yea, GhostXavier made some really nice ones and I didn't even use them all. It was so hard to choose which ones to put in.

lol I grabbed some custom brushes and height maps for my dad's pc since the posting of this project. I mostly wanted to see what I could do with just one brush. In theory, if I can get good with using just one brush, my maps should be better when using a full palette of them.

I wasn't even expecting any diamonds on this one. Mostly hoping for feedback.

I don't think I did too bad using just one brush to draw the terrain. Was interesting process in any case. :)
