The History of Foxtopia
The Fox Era:
Back when the server was young, our creator, DiseasedFox, built many glorious masterpieces. When I joined, I was welcomed by many players who would one day become the mods and admin you know today. I was sheltered in the fantastic city of Yamagakure, where I lived with my friend Lolgumball. Soon however, a mysterious enemy found his way into my path: Thevortex. We challenged each other, him pushing me back every step of the way, becoming greater in power. It was a small battle, and most players turned a blind eye. My ambitious challenge of the great mod caught the eye of one player however. His name was Kouken. Our admin captain aided me whenever he could, and soon I found myself among the ranks of the successful players on our server. Truthfully, if not for Kouken, I would have fallen long ago. However, Thevortex was not done with me, as I was soon to discover. He had recently been promoted to admin, and with this he found me once again. More powerful than ever, he ran me out of Yamagakure into the newborn city of Jtown. Here, Lolgumball and I started anew, and I created Saraso Shop, the first general store of its kind, which would inspire a number of other players to join the business boom. As more and more people joined Jtown, Yamagakure lay untouched, abandoned. For the time being I was safe, however Thevortex always loomed in the distance, growing increasingly powerful by the day. As we lived in the golden age, disaster struck. Fox mysteriously left the server, leaving my old friend Kouken in charge.
The Kouken Era:
It is true what they say: Power corrupts. With Kouken as our o leadero , we fell first into a state of economic despair. Shops closed, players left, and whole towns fell off the map. This was the last time I saw my friend Lolgumball. Then we fell into war. Masses of wars broke out between the players, devastating all that was still standing. Kouken became a ruthless and raged leader, sending our world into a dark age we had never imagined. I did all I could to stop Kouken from falling down this dark path, but he had gone too far. I searched for the Kouken I knew before, and truthfully, I was now his only supporter. It was not until the end that I gave up on him. The end. K-Day. The day Kouken nuked the world, and the original Foxtopia Map was lost forever. It seems so long ago now. After this day, on a fresh map, the players usurped Kouken and took the server for themselves. I could only watch as we lost our second leader.
The Middle Days:
With no true leader to guide us, we roamed the wilderness, rebuilding what we could. Jtown was among these things that was reborn, and I settled back down. However, my old nemesis Thevortex struck again when we were at our weakest. He hit home in Jtown, burning us to the ground, siccing mobs on us, killing all in sight until he found me. The we fought, hand to hand upon a Ghast built from wool, Jtowno s insignia. The rain poured upon our heads, and the lightning struck near every minute. I fought as gallantly as I could, but again, I was defeated. The last I would see of Thevortex was as I fell from the Ghast to the ground below. Miraculously, I survived. However, sullen and humbled by my defeat, I ran from the devastated Jtown into the wilderness. Behind me, Thevortex rebuilt a new kingdom in which he and his fellow (yet more passive) admin reigned supreme. He built the city of Auron, the new hub of the world. To be honest, things were good. Lolgumball returned and we made our home just outside the cityo s walls. This did not last long though, for I parted ways with my friend again and departed on a soul searching trek through the lands. I joined forces with a new player, Messs3, and together we just pioneered across Foxtopia. One day, we found an abandoned diner occupied by another adventurer. His name was Finzeroz. He welcomed us to his home, where we decided to start an elite adventuring clan. This was the Triple Pact, the birth of the Sophet Clan. We built a new town, Taurug, in which I was mayor, and based the Sophet Clan here. Things were good, and The Sophet Clan took to Auron to confront Thevortex. Our plans were to take vengence on those lost in the Battle of Jtown. We took shelter in my old home outside Auron, abandoned by Lolgumball. It was here that an unamed assassin killed Messs3, believing him to be me. Frightened at the easy loss of our friend, Finzeroz and I took to the wilderness once again. We sheltered outside the ruins of Jtown, and built up our ranks. We formed an alliance with another clan, led by CODDE117, and suddenly became the most powerful force on the server. Driven by this sudden accomplishment, we found Jman, the founder of Jtown, and he rebuilt Jtown to its former glory. Waving our flag in Thevortexo s face, another battle was soon to unfold. However, a new enemy presented themselves, one more heinous than even Thevortex himself.
It started as a simple robbery of my store. Wowregister and Zecah took what was mine, then ravaged three other stores across the world. I prepped The Sophets for war, and we marched to obliterate these two nuisances. After this declaration of war, Wowregister formed his own clan, The Bandits, which rivaled the power of the Sophets. We did battle everywhere we met, staying neck and neck the whole time. It was during the Battle of Auron that we took the lead. Accompanied by my new friend Unit, I was doing battle with Wowregister and Zecah, when the thunder began to roll above us. Just as we were about to lose, lightning strikes the Bandits below, and Thevortex steps out from the smoke. Along with the staff, he swept through his city, slaying Bandit after Bandit. When he was done, he banished Wowregister and Zecah from those grounds forever. It was here that I made amends with Thevortex, and together, we guarded the city. Unit completed the city of Stoneguard, where one resident, Christach, was residing. Through him, Zecah stole into the city at night with the intent to kill Unit. It was sheer luck that Unit and I were able to fend him off, and that Christach was exposed as a traitor. Afterwards he went rogue, and attempted to bring about another Kouken Era. He was quickly neutralized.
I moved the Sophet Clan into a fort I had built in the desert town Oni. We had fame, success, and fortune, and the Bandits couldno t resist another attempt. During the Battle at Fort Scarin, the enemy broke in and began to slay my companions. The staff once again rushed in to aid us, and with their help, we evaded disaster. After this battle, The Sophet-Bandit War became a hunt. Unit and I divided into two hunter forces. I led my team into Wowregistero s mountain home. He trapped me in a secret bunker, separated from my team, where he confronted me. There was no battle here, however it was clear Wowregistero s spirits had not been downed. He disappeared without any hostility. Unit was more successful. He found the remnants of an old house where Zecah lived alone. Outside the house was a note with a name. We paid this person a visit, and he gave us the whereabouts of a new base the Bandits were using. Bandit Town. We traveled there, and the Sophets took the offensive surprise of breaking through their walls. At the Battle of Bandit Town, no Bandit was left alive. Fearing for their lives, Wowregister and Zecah called for a lawful cease-fire on the town. They stayed there to avoid confrontation. Although we had won the war, we were not satisfied. Jman entered the town as a spy, and thanks to his investigative efforts, it was uncovered that Wowregister and Zecah were spawning. Wowregister and Zecah were exiled from the server.
The Vortex Era:
With the Bandits defeated, the Sophets went dormant, but stayed in case they were ever needed again. Thevortex inherited the server, and made C4ptain his co-owner. It was C4 who made me a mod many moons later. Unit disappeared from the server, and a whole new map was built.
