You are free to build anywhere in the wasteland and establish towns, factions, or just small hermit-holes for you to live in, your choice. Players will be encouraged to stick together and build and gather together and do whatever else they want to together. You will be living in the wasteland, however, so, while theft and griefing are always discouraged, they won't be completely unallowed. Also, PvP is enabled all throughout the area, excluding cities. Chests are lockable, so you can gather resources and then buy and sell amongst players, or using the global market to earn money.

Additional Notes

A brand new world awaits you on the surface, vault dweller. Remain in Vault 64 and live a safe life, or escape and seek adventure in the harsh, unforgiving wasteland. It's dangerous up there.
