Also your spawn was not set up correctly allowing pvp and you have no rules so pvp was allowed. Banning is kinda harsh for something like that and if you do that to other players your server will die out quickly, banning players for no reason. This server will not matter in 1 hour to a day because it will go down and players will not play on it anymore. Enjoy it while you can.
