Thephilosophy behind 3World: This server is not pay to win. Normal players get full game access. Donor's receive perks that allow them to get a slightly different playstyle. (see below)
Donor perks: Donor's are NOT able to buy items, XP, etc. with real cash. This ruins the game, and makes it 'pay to win', ruining the fun for everyone, including themselves.Donating should be done to help fuel the server as it is and to help it grow, not just for cool perks or items.
Staff Roles:All Staff ranks are completely legitimate players. not a single staff member (excluding Owner) gets any kind of item spawning or similar ability. They are players just like you, with commands to help keep the server free of people who want to ruin it. This means you don't need to worry about over-powered Moderators 1 hitting you, and it also means you are able to raid that Admins base, without a worry!
Our plan for the future: As stated above, we want to become Australia's largest MC community with the best servers, but we can't do it without an awesome community. We need YOU to come and help us reach this goal!
The Admin listens to me? YES! I listen to everything you have to say about the server,whetherit be positive or negative. If you tell me you don't like something or want something added / changed, I will take it on board and apply it! After all, the server is for YOU to play on, therefore YOU should be able to choose how it works!

We now employ some great anti-xray and block logging addons, as well as staff that are well trained in picking those few who do slip through the cracks.
