BeaconNetwork has a a lot of history, discarding the fact that we have opened the server only a couple of weeks ago. You can’t imagine how much time you can play on Minecraft per day….I guarantee you, if it’s a server you love and you want to see it grow, around 48 hours per day :P. BeaconNetwork started off as a plot of land, a couple of lakes, some trees and even an ocean, like most servers start off. But this wasnt just any server, this is BeaconNetwork and you can’t imagine how much it grew since that small plot of land. Vivesi, wasnt a good builder at all so he needed help. After a couple of days of searching and denying players that wanted to take advantage of him, he found this friendly girl named AyaRainbow. She is an excellent builder and helped vivesi build factions spawn and the KitPvP arena among other things. She and vivesi came on daily to make progress on the server. Aya brought in some of her friends and vivesi brought some of his and they soon had a small community with people building and making the server grow. Soon, the server was ready for public, and some people joined from time to time to play and enjoy the server. Vivesi spent hours and hours working on the configuration while on the other hand, the build team spent hours and hours working on different builds. While the server was growing there were also unlikable people and rulebreakers, as in people who scammed, griefed or simply made the game not enjoyable for other people. Vivesi did not have enough people to moderate the server, so he decided to open the official BeaconNetwork Forums! People applied, commented and wrote down their concerns or needs on the forums. BeaconNetwork keeps on growing today but everybody feels like it needs that extra push.



Factions:

Factions is the first “server” or “game” added to BeaconNetwork. Minecraft Factions is a gamemode where you must learn how to team up with friends and create your very own group or ” Faction ” and as a team, you attempt to raid and take down other factions on your quest to becoming the strongest and richest players on the server. This was one of the very first plugins added to BeaconNetwork. The first faction on BeaconNetwork was a small faction named “Torch”. It started out as a small tower with a mine underneath. Throughout time, it grew and became bigger, with a farm, a tree farm, greenhouse and even a grinder. The only problem is that this base was too pretty, it wasnt protected and it could get raided easily. Although throughout time more faction came into power and there were more powerful bases and PvPers than just the little Torch. Donations:

BeaconNetwork provides the best and safest way of donating; Buycraft and PayPal. Buycraft is EULA compatible and PayPal is the safest way of storing your money. PayPal is currently the only gateway of purchasing a rank at BeaconNetwork, but it is very easy to create a PayPal. The donations are simply to financially help the server, due to the fact that running the server isn’t free and we do need some customer support. Regardless, BeaconNetwork provides awesome ranks in which you receive by donating. While making the ranks vivesi and his staff team made sure that it wasnt pay to win but yet still worth buying. We perfected it as many ways possible, so you’re experience at BeaconNetwork can be worthwhile. There are currently some Ranks for factions, some items for factions and rank upgrades for factions, although, while the server grows we will be adding more cool ranks and perks to purchase from the shop!



Staff

Here at BeaconNetwork we choose very cautiously for our Staff Team. Due to the fact that it is a very prestigious rank. After some time of developing the server, vivesi got very tired of new people joining the server directly asking for staff, very few of them got accepted. The suggestion to become staff at BeaconNetwork is to be familiar with the people, the rules, and have a couple of qualities. The most important one is Patience, keep in mind if you ever do apply and ask a staff member or vivesi you will instantly get denied. Always follow the format listed on the website too! Due to the fact that we correctly pick out our staff members, we ensure nobody abusing you or their powers. They will always help you and try to enhance your experience, so if you have any concerns or problems the whole staff team is there for you!
