I've played my fair share of Faction servers (I own one myself) but I really enjoy this one especially for one that just oppened it is a great little server and I think it will really have a nice community. I do have a few ideas on plugins it should add however!

1. GUIShop: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/gui-shop/
2. Crates: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/crate-reloaded/
With just these two I think your server will do a lot better, I also recommend you update it to 1.8!
