Super cool seed with lots of plots for sale in a very active town , or the ability to create a town / nation on your own, Public farms to help make money early on and a large player driven market.

Good server and economy, but if you are here for mcmmo do not bother- the owner nurfed it to the point where it might as well not even be there. combat skills work, but you won't ever be able to auto replant crops with herbalism, or use salvaging meaningfully. They might as well not even advertise that they have it. "shake" from fishing is also removed, along with a bunch of niche things that mcmmo brings.
