It sounds like you are in the Survival Games lobby. Do /server survival when you join next to go to Survival

Can you think of any other servers that offer fly without it being a donor perk? I personally can't think of any and that's exactly the reason why we do it so that it sets us apart from all other survival servers. You are correct it might take away from the survival aspect a little bit because everyone can fly but honestly our players LOVE it. Thanks for your feed back.

I love this server but i tryied to get on this morning and it says i was kicked for flying before I even loaded in. If you could fix this problem that would be great!

It would only do this if you have some sort of hack client active or maybe you had bad lag. Could you please try joining again?
