Driffu's Server

What are we?

An EU based Minecraft server that is heavily focused on building. We also have Spleef and SurvivalGames for when you are completely out of inspiration to build and just want to have some fun.

Weo ve also compiled a custom texture pack for use on our server or anywhere else you so desire. That includes adventure maps and other fancy things in Minecraft. The texturepack is based on Painterly and has been slightly modified by adding a couple of blocks. For example Netherbrick has been textured into wooden logs.

How can I come and join?

Ito s easy! Just get on the server, prove us on a Creative plot that you are a worthy builder and weo ll let you into our Special build world called o WonderLando . Dono t worry if you cano t make it though o you can still enjoy our community in the o PlotWorldo . Chat is global and Spleef together with SurvivalGames is allowed for everyone!

Builds that are worthy usually dono t have to be too fancy, but if thereo s a chance that you are copying someone else we will need an another build from you to be accepted. You can also get accepted for Redstone contraptions though they need to be extremely good for that to happen. Just a simple piston door is not enough, neither is a hidden piston door. Oh, and you need to be able to explain it too, just to make sure you didno t copy it from someone blindly.

How does it work?

We have a plotworld where people come and prove themselves to be worthy or where they just hang around having a good time. Talented ones get access to our build world o o WonderLando . Land there is split up to different regions, each having ito s own Mentor. Mentors give Architects land where they can start a city or whatever the hell they want. Then, Architects add Apprentices who help them build. Apprentices are only able to build in the Architecto s area.

When an Apprentice is deemed good enough, he/she is given the Architect or Engineer rank. Engineers are different from Architects in a way that they can build on a plot in the o PowerHouseo region where all things redstone are located. They can also help with redstone on other builds, though they cano t start their own city.
